The Firlet is a modern one bedroomed self contained flat in a unique setting overlooking Penlee Wood and the valley towards Rame. There is a flat screen tv., dvd , free Wifi. Parking available.  It is only a 300 metre walk to Cawsand Square and beach, being  1 mile from Polhawn Fort and Whitsand Bay.  Mount Edgcumbe Country Park is 2 miles away.

 

There is a well equipped kitchen, with full oven, microwave,  washing machine and dish washer along with everything you need for a comfortable stay.  The flat is suitable for 2 people, comprising separate bedroom with king size bed, ensuite shower and separate lounge / diner / kitchen. The flat is south facing with glorious countryside views from the apartment where deer can be seen roaming in the  field opposite the property,  the garden has its own private decking and seating areas for guests use.

The Firlet is suitable for couples looking for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful location. There are plenty of places to eat and explore. It is on the Cornish coastal path. There is a ferry that runs from Cawsand Beach to the Barbican in Plymouth daily and the property is on a bus route if you prefer to leave your car and have a holiday with no driving. There are the beautiful white beaches of Whitsand Bay nearby and many places of interest to visit.
